At Curious Minds Collective, we specialise in digital educational resources. All products sold through our store are delivered digitally, which means there is no physical shipping involved.
Digital Delivery Only
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an instant download link via email or through your account (if applicable). Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout to avoid delays in receiving your download.
If you do not receive your digital file within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you’re still having trouble, contact us at shop@curiousmindscollective.com.au and we’ll be happy to help.
Accessing Your Downloads
Your digital files are available for download immediately after purchase. Depending on your platform (e.g. Shopify, Teachers Pay Teachers), your files may also be available in your account’s purchase history.
We recommend saving your files to a secure device or cloud storage, as download links may expire.
